Dear Customer, Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. As per discussion today 2024/01/03 at 16:39:22:

With regards to invoice H0-18MAWN it is made up of:

Reduced Subscription Discount Proration-New:
R200.67:
Note, when the contract was activated, you paid part of the reduced subscription. This amount is therefore the balance of the prorate amount.

Airtime Subscription Charges (this is your line rental monthly):
R800.00

Airtime Subscription Discount:
R-261.74

Note, if you calculate R800 - R261.74, total 538.30 add VAT which still adds up to about R600.00 however because of this balance Reduced Subscription Discount Proration-
R200.67, the invoice total R859.76

Note, we have credited the bank charge penalty fee of 100.88 it should reflect on the Vodacom account within 24 hours.

Regards Vodacom Consumer Website Team

Best regards,

Then I will take this further

How can you suddenly deduct more than the original amount? Nowhere in the cancellatio letter was that stipulted. So please show me where I agreed to these terms?

Also, charge an exorbitant amound for a debit order deduction.

I refuse to pay the debit order cancellation as you were deceiving and deducted more than required

My request to the person that called me was to tell me how we get this settled and I was told the cancellation team will contact me.

So please fix the mistake and let me know where I can pay the R538 so I can be done with Vodacom forever
