Katlego rocks!

I recently upgraded my contract via Vodacom in Forest Hill and have to say, I'm blown away by the service provided by Katlego. She did exactly what is expected of a service representative and so much more! She kept me informed through the entire process, notified me when they received stock on both occasions. There's nothing wrong with her memory, in the span of 3 weeks, I was there on 3 occasions and she would immediately recognise me, recall details about my daughter, son and husband! She is simply amazing! Katlego, you are a shining example of how one ahould live out client centricity! Thanks!
