Constantly calling Vodacom about the bad signal & internet connectivity in the area. We were told the booster has been damaged a technician will be repairing it and we will have connectivity as before. This has been going on for months, calls are being dropped, at times no calls/sms or any other way of communicating, i cant even use the internet so horrible this service is. Its been impacting our business at such an alarming rate that we suffering financially. They don't think twice about debiting my account for the month even though their service is so ****ty. Calls have been logged but nothing changed! Frustrating, aggravating these words doesnt even come close to my everyday struggle with Vodacom.
