Just placed an offer with vodacom for iphone 12 128gb that was supposed to be delivered with a airpods and charging cable as advertised on their online specials.Now they're duck and diving that my offer had no pods.
I suggest vodacom do get me the earpods as that was part of their promo of get their phone back.
This is mis-marketing and so misleading.

05 Sept 2022, 13:42To date i haven't recieved any feedback and i am really not happy at all i wonder if this is going to be resolved sooner.This is so uncalled for coming from vodacom sales they oversell and under deliver.Is it commission based ?Do they keep ad ons for themselves ?
