JUST TOO MUCH!!!
Where to start, it just goes from bad to worst, all the costs involved to have a contract and stuff never gets explained properly like what you are actually paying for versus what you are getting and at the end of the day you get very little for what you pay for versus their competition. The service in the stores is terrible, Ive asked for my last contract status to be changed to settled 2 years ago and when i get to get a new contract 2 years later that still hadnt been done and the best part is that i still have to wait hours for the accounts to sort it out, its as if they have this attitude that well the customer signed so we are covered in all aspects. But let me just tell you vodacom, ive had my contract for 2 months going on 3 and already im trying to find out how i can get away from you its shocking i know but thats what you get when you have poor customer service, expensive data and minutes and no s****s to actually solve a problem the first time. My partner took his phone in to The eastgate Vodacom storeand the phone still being under warranty was booked in as it was not turning on. They then called him and said that they want to run diagnostics on it and that he might lose some data on the phone, so they can take the data off and store it for him and put it back on. For that they wanted to charge R250 just to take the files off the phone and then put them back after theyve run diagnostics i mean any idiot can do that for free now there must always be a cost involved instead of caring about customers coming back happy or continuing with their contracts. Its ridiculous!!!!!! then the screen protector gets pulled off and then put back on the phone like a kid sticking pritt to paper. Where is the service levels and care involved??? what happened to giving stuff back in exactly if not better condition than it was when it came in??????? Then the lady who booked it in strats typing the report on her computer stating that the customer dropped the phone, lots of dents and scratches on the screen so my partner asks her to remove it as it is not what happened if anyone know my partner everything looks the exacts same as the day he bought it. the worst part of all of this is if you complain they simply ignore you because youve signed a contract and there is nothing you can do in their minds. But let me just say that if i give you the money to buy myself out of the contract its stops there, no more income for you vodacom and pretty soon everyone will catch on and the domino effect will begin and you will be left asking why....... Just read your 1 stars on hello peter and listen to your clients and you will know why, make the change now before it comes down to losing the funds and clients you have today!!!!!!
