Later I checked my airtime balance and made an enquiry on your customer care line. The rude Nhlanhla told me I had made a "mistake" and had bought the R9 voice call promotion. The gag is there was no R9 option. Only R12, R5 and something else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Return my airtime and I'll stop buying your just for you **** promotions.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an "SR" number after I had to scream at Nhlanhla because clearly my experience (trauma) was amusing to him.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my airtime back.
