Just Suspended!

I cancelled my debit order many months ago. Payment on my account was due end of October 2015. SUDDENLY our cell phone accounts were suspended today!! It was because of an outstanding DEBIT ORDER of March this year! No letter, notification or warning to know about it! Also no indication on my Vodacom account!! I have to pay the amount before the phones will be connected. Who have this amount of money in the middle of the month! I'm furious!! No message or warning!!!
