Just put your phone in the bin yourself

After 24 months of paying the exorbitant amount Vodacom charges for phone insurance I accidently dropped my phone and had the bad sense to actually try and use the insurance - big mistake. Should have saved myself the trouble and put it in a bin. Drove all the way to Menlyn as they are apparently \quicker\" However, they have had the phone and since then this has been the progress:
1. Received a call from the insurance to say they won't be replacing the screen with genuine iPhone parts so I will only have a three month guarantee
2. I can have a new phone but it will not be an iPhone 5 so I will have to pay in a massive excess
3. After agreeing to the excess they sent an sms TWO WEEKS AGO to collect my phone at Menlyn but the phone is STILL NOT HERE TODAY
4. Aside from this they also moved their repair centre in Menlyn but did not have the time to scribble a little note to their customers directing them to the new shop.
5. As we speak the lady at repairs is talking to me like a handicapped child explaining to me that I cannot use my apple ID on another device until they have sorted out this device!?

Luckily my contract is about to expire because aparently Vodacom doesn't care"
