Just problems and lies with vodacom fibre
I must say since ive been with vodacom the 1 November 2025 it's just endless problems if it's not the Fibre that's disconnected randomly at least for 2 days then they make false promises about extenders. When I took on the Fibre I was promised free Fibre extenders after the Fibre installation, today is the 19th December and yet I have nothing from this people. On the 17th Dec my Fibre just got disconnected, today's the 19th and it's still off. I can't work, I can't go anywhere because they keep telling me they will send out a technician. My entire household basically runs on internet. I would never recommend this people to anyone.

20 Dec 2025, 08:15I am still awaiting an answer regarding the extenders. It's also now 3 days of me not having any Fibre. To date no one made contact with me for an arrangement to come to my place. My Fibre is still off since the 17 Dec.
