Just plain poor service

1: My voda data contract is 499 a month, 12 months left but i get told to buy out its 12000??? not sure how that is even possible and customer service is pathetic to say the least. 2: There backroom people tell me they dont care about natal improvement signal. i must buy a booster pack. yet they confirmed im in a perfect 4g area yet i cannot even sms or call as no signal (check call logs with them) 3: i bought a 5gig bundle which is 10gigs via app yet nothing received. called customer care and pretty much the lady doesn't even know what to do. the staff are not trained and they cannot listen as they do not care. 4: i have been fighting with them since mid last year and gave up because everything from signal to the service is the most pathetic i have ever seen or dealt with. 4g i get max 20kb per sec if i have signal. my cell c is only 3g in pmb yet i can hit 3mb per sec. i have lost so much data because of them. yet they dont care. i get a non existent caring sorry. 5: i have 2 contracts with them. my phone contract was done in April 2016 yet my 24 months is june?? my data contract is last year jan yet 24months is April?? 26 and 27months. breach of contract yet they do not care.

So basically i am paying about 1320 for absolutely nothing. they should cancel both my contract at there cost because of all the issues they have given me with just a sorry at the end. i should never of stayed with them. they truly dont give a hoot about us small people. just there milions.
