Just plain bad service

<p>For the last 6 months, I have been (at random) restricted to view websites. Any websites. It either gives me error messages saying connection refused, or it gives me a page that says I am restricted to view "this" website. I have logged three (unanswered) calls now and have gone to Vodacom shops in both Pretoria and Cape Town SEVERAL times. My last visit to a Vodacom shop lasted over two hours. When I do go to Vodacom shops, they say I should phone customer care. When I phone customer care (which has also been SEVERAL times), they say I should go to Vodacom shops. Vodacom is rotten with incompetence.</p>
