Just no feedback from Vodacom nearly 2 months battling

Since the 7th December 2024 I have being battling with Vodacom to sort out my account and to clear things up: A Martin Brown Phoned me promised to get back in an hour it's now being 2 weeks to feedback: An Olivia phoned 26-12-2024 and promised to come back to me within a day still waiting: Is this customer service NO: My account invoice has increased and battling for nearly a Month: Promises to listen to take from November just does not happen no feedback: Promised I phone still waiting for that as well. So who is lying to whom. I have tried to be Nice Guy but enough is enough with this **** from Vodacom.
