JUST FOR YOU - FALSE ADVERTISING

Vodacom's Just-For-You promotion is misleading and a dishonest ********* promotional tool. I receive offers and EACH TIME I act on them ie buying airtime to purchase them when I go back they're no longer there. This has happen 4 times until I realized this a disgusting ploy to get customers to purchase high denominations of airtime. I recently installed the app and I thought this promotion will be different on the app. I received an offer to purchase IG for R79 I hurried to load airtime only to go back a minute later to find the offer gone??? I tested the currect offers to see how long they would last - and AGAIN discovered these offers remained for more than 2 hours when the one I purchased airtime for disappeared the minute I loaded airtime. I'm positive there are many customers in the same boat as I am regarding these offers. They've now even put in a place an AVR to advise customers that the offers are 'system generated' which is utter nonsense because they've specifically programmed this 'system' for the purpose of making customers buy airtime they otherwise would not have bought. It's frustrating and sickening and this changes every positive perception I've had of Vodacom.
