Just Boo...

Quite frankly don't even know where to start. I don't generally write reviews, and definitely don't write bad reviews as I do honestly try give a business a fighting change... But after being **** to twice now by Vodacom call agents about contract fees when they try to sell you a new contract, I feel the need to warn others. After following up on this mater to be resolved for over a month on basically a daily basis, I just get told that their agents are working on the matter, leaving me to pay for contract fees I cannot afford of which I did not agree to at all. Very quick to come pick up the wireless router that was sent with this new contract, but I still have to pay for the contract now without getting the benefit of the router? That sounds fair... Pick up was literally next day but I still have to fight on a daily basis to not pay a new premium now which includes this router I don't actually possess anymore.

Be careful of the agents as they tend to "promise you that the fee will not increase. I promise you mam. You can phone me if the fees change" But then when the fees change the tune also changes. LYING to your customers of over 10 years is not a way to keep loyalty or respect. Not only once, but twice.

Vodacom you really need to train your agents better. Customer service is still a thing whether you want to believe it or not. Leaving a client to follow up on a daily basis to avoid paying fees they did not agree to is not acceptable.

Thanks so much but you haven't even contacted me about my actual issue so definitely not holding my breath that you will be assisting me with a complaint you clearly don't take seriously

Good Afternoon,

I am in discussion with the social media department yes but no one is replying to me with anything substantial. All I require from Vodacom is recordings and proof of agreement to my new contract which I did not see before it was too late to change my service provider as well as the recordings where your call centre repeatedly informed me that I won't have an increase on my premium once I agree to a new contract which of course did increase so this "promise" was broken by more than one operator. I have asked for my issue to be sent to management so I can take the matter further as it is ********* to give false information not only once, but twice now that I have proof of once you send ne the recordings I am entitled to as stated before any conversation. So I would like to understand how the call centre is being trained as this seems to be a pretty standard practice to make promises and then pull back on it and then the customer gets punished by saying the previous contracts premium needs to increase all of a sudden as this has also happend at both occasions
