Just bad service

i app**** for a laptop for my daughter in June. I even wrote a report about poor service from vodacom on hello peter. I was called by a gentleman from hello peter department from vodacom. He assured me someone is going to call me, that was about three weeks ago and as I told him no one will call me. I was right no one did call no body cares. I mean my daughter is still waiting for the laptop while I haven't got even one call. When I call the online department, I am told every day that Nkuleko will call me but he hasn't in 3 months. I am still waiting for the call and the laptop.
