Just another number

After 3 years of complaining about no signal reception at my residential address with Vodacom, there is still nothing done to improve the signal. I've had technitions out from Vodacom, don't know how many customer services calls and emails, but all without prevail. And when I went into a local Vodacom shop to complain they said, and I quote : " If you are not happy with the service, then go to another provider " I mean really, is this the mentality of such a big organisation that their customers needs doesn't matter and you are just another number to them ? So after that I wanted to cancel my contract with Vodacom after 15 years, but now I must pay a penalty for wanting to opt out of my contract early, which in any case I cannot use for the services paid. And what is the point in sending me a sms text" We have noticed you have had a lot of dropped calls and will award you with 10 minutes ?????? I cannot use them......... Not to mention all the bussiness we are loosing out for customers not getting hold of us ? They can't leave a voicemail, because I can't call them back...... Is vodacom going to refund me for this ????? No, we are sorry, will be the reply !!! So can anyone from management or with some savy assist so we can cancel our contracts for now service received without these rediculous penalties.
