JUST A NUMBER - ZERO RATING

Utter useless and shocking service, 20min on a call to not answer my query. A month ago a quote got generated on my profile I did not ask for, the telemarketing lady was only supposed to look for options and pricing. This quote stopped me from opening a new line on my profile. Phoned the cancellation number, was told the cancellation of the quote will be processed and I will be informed once done, to date I have heard nothing. Phoned again today just to be told that the quote does not automatically expire in a month but actually 3 months. I again requested that the quote gets cancelled and removed from my profile. I was promised that by the end of business someone will advise of the cancellation. As expected yet again poor service as I have had ZERO communication as I’m just a number to this large company. Thanks for nothing!!
