Junk Service!

<p>I've been a Vodacom client for the past 10 years!</p> <p>Service is Terrible. My vodamail email service which I rely upon was cancelled without any instruction from me. I have over the past 24 hours: called and spoken to Chad, Vanilla, Ntombi, Zanele and Lineo. Over and above going into the Paddocks Store in Milnerton to be referred to the Data Store at Century City. I have also requested a call me back, a 'nameless'person called me back and told me to hold on before cutting me off. With this type of service - Vodacom is headed for junk status like Mtn. my reference number from Vodacom is 1- ********** ********** Can somebody from Vodacom take some responsibility and fix your inefficiency please! Imagine the number of emails I and your other clients are misiing due to your inefficency! Frustrated Vodacom client</p>
