Jump through hoops for new business

If you don't want my business just say so, but don't try to force me to go to extreme lengths to try and get a contract from you. I phoned on Friday 20 March as I wanted a S4 mini and also wanted a data contract. I went through the whole s**** of providing information and was told that I qualify for the two lines and was promptly told you had no stock of the S4 mini. I then went onto your website and found a Vodafone contract that I was interested in and app**** for that. Roseanne phoned me yesterday and said that she would deal with the contracts for the two devices. I told her that it was only one device, the Vodafone phone, as the s4 mini was out of stock. This morning she declined one contract line that I had app**** for, thereby cancelling the data application because I said I only wanted one device...yes, I only want one phone, the other line was for a data contract not a telephone. Now if I want to take a contract I have to get 3 months stamped bank statements. I work full time and I don't have time to run around for stamped statements, and I don't have time to beg you to take me on as a client. I also don't see why I have to pay to get stamped statements for you.
