Juanita Thank you

@Vodacom... I would like to use this opportunity to recognize or rather acknowledge the service experienced with Vodacom repairs potchestroom but in particular Juanita Kok who has been contacting me and emailing during the life span of my claim with Vodacom...Juanita kept me updated even when I had difficulties with Vodacom rejecting my claim unprofessionally...it took 2 months for my cellphone claim to get resolved in favor of the customer and Juanita made sure that she prioritized the matter which the phone is now repaired and awaiting delivery sometime next week.

I wish I could share the same with Vodacom claims department but well I had to bring in facts to prove my loss and for them to approve the claim which I am even going to cancel my policy immediately after my daughter's phone is recieved and surely Vodacom claims department will be happy with the exit.

Once again, thanks Juanita and I can assure customers who will remain insured with vodacom that Juanita Kok is your person if your device happens to be sent to Vodacom repairs Potch...the lady is friendly and don't take sides but very neutral and can fill a role within vodacom complaints team since she is responsive and effective.
