jst another useless service provider

Vodacom is the worst ,pliz remove me from your system it been 9 days trying to do a sim swap and i have lost money because i run my business on that number its not my fault that you failed to do your job and remove me from your system since i stopped working for you 3 years ago, been to Northgate and back but still you do not want to release my number , if its not your system offline its a different story pliz release that number so I can port to mtn and keep my number, I have using this number since 2009 till date but you treat your clients like they do not matter and they is no urgency, since yesterday been trying to get feedback from Vodacom Northgate but you would swear its a call center the number is always busy so now i need to spend on petrol again to go there and this is going to be the 3rd time since I have been trying to sort this out from new year when I lost my phone,,
