Josaphine - Vodacom Menlyn: Great Customer Service
I would just like to send a big thank you to Josaphine from Vodacom Menlyn. I needed assistances with blacklisting my phone that's lost and to get the ITC number needed on my affidavit. She assisted me easily. I thought I was going to be taken from pillar to post like my experience at Telkom Menlyn when I had lost a phone registered with them. I was surprised that its actually a "click-away", less than 15 minutes process. I had to run around the whole day at Telkom Menlyn. Thanks Josaphine
