Jonathan's a hero.

Tuesday 10/12/2019 I was almost a victim of Sim Swap *****. The customer care was offline I'm thinking due to loadshedding, was given the run around from 1 Vodacom store to another only to end up driving 30 minutes from my area to Pavillion Shopping Mall Westville where Jonathan came to my rescue, only 3 hours to reverse this sim swop before everything including my banking apps where at risk. Jonathan calming calmed me down and did everything in his power to contact the people that can help me reverse this. Thank you Jonathan you are a gem and an asset to your company. This is what true customer care is about and this is what will keep a customer coming back and being loyal.
