Joke!! Vodacom referred to me as “Loyal Customer “ after pathetic service provided! Woooow!!

What a joke Vodacom recognize me as a “loyal customer “ Wooooow!! Just received their bulk email sent to customers and i was nicely suprised 😌.The way you treat your “loyal customers “ is very pathetic to say the least. It won’t be long before i move my services elsewhere, fiber is not a service exclusively provided by Vodacom in this country. Very soon i would have moved my account and spending my hard earned money where i’m truly appreciated as a loyal customer. Pity i can’t include pictures on this platform.
