JOB THREAT

I'm still in shock after speaking with " Diona" at 11.20 this morning from ***. Yesterday we went to Greenstone Mall and upgraded two packages. We had brilliant, unparalleled service from Zekele. She tried to call in our request to cancel one of our numbers but as it was late she failed and we were in a hurry to leave. She wrote down the number for us to phone in and cancel the next day. I told her I didnt like doing the "phone in" story because I always felt pressurised to take something else. She said " no just be firm". In good spirit! Today I phoned in and spoke to Diona. As usual she started with the specials and add ons. I told her that it was suggested I be firm so firm I would be be firm and simply wanted to cancel a number. She rudely demanded to know why and then outright said that "the woman who had told me to say that would lose her job"! I was stunned. She repeated it when I asked and she added that the woman had 'bad mouthed' her! I immediately defended the lady in question who'd given us amazing service and the best Vodacom experience ever. I told her how unprofessional she was and that I would be taking this further. She told me she would play the recording to her supervisor. I hope she did! If she didnt then I would like to take this further and am demanding an investigation and a response. How dare she tell me that the lovely lady who served us could lose her job! Unprofessional and disgusting!
