Job not done.

Received a call from MBD Collections, apparently I owe vodacom for something or other from the 8th of May this year, I tell them I owe nothing and they say if I don't want to deal with them I must contact vodacom head office which I promptly do. They look into the supposed outstanding amount and find it was a mistake on their side, they say they will expedite the cancelling of the collection and hopefully clear my name, guess what, if you don't you will be paying me a nice amount and can take your contract, that I've had for nearly 30 years and shove it. This is for something that was cancelled less than a month ago, that they did cancel but did not do their job properly in cancelling so without even contacting me before handing it over, this would not have got to this as they would have seen their failing in doing their job and sorted it out. Then, to add insult to injury, a couple hours after talking to vodacom, MBD decide to harass me again. vodacom, get your act together or cancel my contract that I have just stupidly renewed and let me move to a better provider. We work so hard to keep a good credit rating only for it to go for a ball of **** thanks to incompetence. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.
