JOB NOT DONE 12- VODACOM REPAIRS SANDTON

I have a complaint on the following job no: ********** 9 at Vodacom Repairs Sandton booked on the 5th of January 2019 for the following reason: Screen goes orange at all times

Vodacom Repairs Sandton called the following day to confirm the repair cost of R1390.28 for : BATTERY HOUSING BLK-L21 FRONT COVER+LCD ALE-L21 BATTERY ASSY - ALE L21

The repair proceeded. On the 12th of January 2019 @ 16:03 pm the device was ready for collection. I then collected the device on the 25th of January 2019 @ 12:49 pm. Same day of collection the device started giving me problems, so every time I tried using the device whether typing or scrolling through the phone other buttons would automatically be pressed. The next day the same thing happened so I then took the phone back to VODACOM REPAIRS SANDTON.

On Monday (28/01/2019) I went in to collect the device and I was told its not ready, I asked for a refund but they refused. Eventually I got the device and was told the screen was replaced with a new one. Later the same day the device gave me the same issue , within the same week the very problem I had taken in my phone for repairs in the first place started again. At the point the device has two issues: When using the device whether typing or scrolling through the phone other buttons would automatically be pressed. Screen goes to orange colour all the time

Today, (08/02/2019), I decided to lodge in a complaint personally @ the VODACOM REPAIRS SANDTON since I did not get any response when I tried sending an email to the following email address ********** I demanded a refund since they couldn't fix my device , they refused yet again and told me they'll have a look at it once again.

This is the 3rd time going there and its starting to annoy me that they keep giving me excuses and refusing to give me a refund.

At this stage I demand a refund back!
