job not been done by staff

i have been trying to cancel since the 17/08/2020 and i have not been helped till date and now they suspend my contract and i was told to pay a certain amount that was paid for the one contract that is paid in cash and it only ends in JUNE 2021. I will never deal with Vodacom ever again.
