I went to vodaworld at midrand on the 17 november because my phone was showing battery overheating but still working ,the only problem is that it was consistanly giving that error even when i put it on a charger .they tried to re-inatall the image the still continued they had to book it in. yesterday 29/11/2016 i went back to fetch my phone and i was advised they can't fix my S6 samsung that i bought in january and i finished to pay for it because its liquid damage . I asked them how did the liquid go inside the water because it never exposed to water and it was working when i brought it in and how did the water go inside but they never gave me any answers except that i need to fix it my self . i very disappointed to think that its an expensive phone R10300 and yet again what they are saying it doesn't make sense . why would i bring a phone that fell in the water and if it did it was not going to work but when i was at the customer service it was working ..i really need help because i only receive this phone in january and nothing has never happened to it except that error i was geeting and i love my phone ..the service that i receive it very disappointing and to this its expensive and they told me because i dont have an insurance to replacement ill have to make a plan ..im very frustrated
