Jason - Mr Debt Collector Himself

Made a call to your credit control division on 16/05/2017 @ 14:30 and dealt with this Jason individual who has an attitude of note and should not deal with clients.

Not sure whow or why he was appointed as he has no manners nor does he know when and when not to keep quiet when a client (who pays his salary) has a complaint.

Perhaps this is the way you - Vodacom "train" staff or is it just a general rule of thumb that people in these divisions think they can talk down to clients who have been loyal and dedicated to Vodacom for many years.

When I asked him for his surname he refused to give it to me (no that is service to you), and started asking me stupid question which he had on his screen in front of him, just to prove a point. He should not be in a position to deal with clients as he thinks he is smart, and has no level of proper education to do so.

Once my contracts come to an end with Vodacom I WILL move them all over to MTN as you Vodacom have no respect nor integrity for your loyal and paying clients.
