I’ve been ******!!!

I bought a Just 4 U data bundle this morning. Per the app, the offer was 250mb plus 750mb free for 7 days and the cost is R29.00. I bought the bundle at 9:01am today but instead of taking R29.00 from my account, Vodacom took R79.00. That’s R50.00 more! I spoke to Esther from the Call Centre who says that she’ll have to raise a query and this will only be resolved in 7 days. This is unacceptable! I took a screen grab of the Just 4 U page and nowhere does it say that the bundle costs R79.00. I’ve been ******! I want my money back immediately. Why do I have to wait 7 days when I have proof of how much the bundle cost?! Vodacom, I want my refund today!
