Its almost a month no phone and no one calls back

So it's been almost a month and I have had no call back from anyone at Vodacom. I keep calling and every time I get promised the world. You have all the recordings you have the emails ... so please can I just have a phone.... What happens to all my data and stuff that I can't use as I have no device..??? I have been loyal to you for more than 10 years and never have I had a phone ******... the 1st time it happens and this is how you treat your loyal clients...??? I will not pay an extra cent for a replacement at it was NOT my fault (as confirmed by 2 of your staff and also from cellsure...and the way you have been treating me I should have a year's free contract.... Ok so you have 24 hours to respond the number in question is **** *** please don't call the number or tell me you are trying to call me the phone is ******... just saying as this is the excuse every time... the worst enemy to have is someone who has been loyal .... This is my final try to get this sorted... after this I am going to have a field day with your branding.... the power of social media and a gatvol customer......
