Items not Requested but billed for
Yet again there are items on my account that I know nothing about R69.39 for Just4U for 1G - not requested R131.70 for Vodafone Live Calls? - not requested and not needed - I had a balance left over for calls.
Over R200 before VAT. My account grows every month, and then I have to follow up and complain.
Come on Vodacom! I cannot wait for this contract to end so that I can go onto prepaid, even though it works out more expensive. One has no control over your bill. J C Koen Account no I ********** -1
