Items bought from VODABUCKS STORE not delivered.

I placed an order via the Vodabucks store on 13/11/2020 for 3 items which have been paid for(Order Number: ***)....I received 1 of 3 items on 19/11/2020. On 23/11/2020 I contacted digital planet who had advised that I should contact Vodacom directly to query the outstanding items...... I've spoken to 4 different consultants and not one of them can give me an answer as to when I can expect delivery of the 2 items.... "we are escalating the matter" that's all I've been told each time....

Vodacom, if you cannot deliver an order within the time period that YOU have stated then at least make contact and explain what's going on or pay back my money!
