Itemised billing from Vodacom

asked for the itemised billing for cell contract ********** 899 which is charged R13.00 per month. I gave Vodacom authority to debit my bank cheque account with that amount which they did on the 30th of June 2017. Now they don't want to send me the itemised billing and eventually after my complaining they told me to send them copy of my ID, letter requesting the itemised billing and R22.80 in order to get the itemised billing for the month of June 2017.

Mirek Paczynski

I also asked for the details of communication overseeing authority (ICASA) but th econsultant and his supervisor refused to give to me although they should. I lodge th ecomplaint with ICASA as well. I have to mentioned that i called Vodacom account department ( ********** ) twice yesterday for 19 minutes and second tme for 38 minutes. I hope that one day the state wil break the monopoly in cell industry and the market forces will kick in.

Vodacom proposed to refund my money and I agreed to their proposal, but so far I didn't get my money back.
