Itemised billing

Vodacom failed to email me the monthly invoices, statement and itemised billing for the month of May 2017. I contacted the call centre and i was forwarded the statement and invoices on pdf format. The email for the itemised billing came with email links to the 'terms and conditions' and a broken link with my cellphone number.

Over a last 14 days i have spoke to as many as 6 call centre agents and solutioning advisers whom have all forward me the same emails with links. I was advised that the matter had been escalated to 'technicians' who will call me; sadly all 4 escalations to the technicians were not effective as they merely forwarded the same email and ignored feedback provided to them that the list should be in pdf or excel.

I am extremely disappointed by the service i have been given and the attentiveness given to the feedback that i had given.

I paid for the service and i should PROVIDED with the service i paid for.., its been a whole month waiting to recieve... Lord knows if June 2017 report will be provided or not.

Why cant i draw this report online or on your app to begin with. Let me know if i should change to MTN
