ITC reference number delay
I reported my phone ****** and it was blocked on 13.09.2020 but I still do not have an ITC reference number. It is literally the only thing hindering me from obtaining a police case number and lodging a claim with my insurance for a new device. Getting a simswap was not a smooth sailing boat first time around either. On the second attempt at a sim swap I again asked for my ITC number and I am still waiting.
