ITC NOT UPDATED
Hi contacted vodacom in Jan 2021 to cancel 2 contracts that ended in Dec 2020. The consultant advised me that the contracts will be cancelled. I contacted vodacom again on the 15 March since my contracts are not yet cancelled I was told I will receive feedback within 48 hours. ITC is not updated. I did receive refund however now ITC shows I owe R6. Please update
