ITC not removed

I was given over to lawyers in the beginning of the year Jan/Feb.<br> I consulted with these lawyers and settled my account with Vodacom 8 May 2015.<br> I tried to get a consolidating loan to pay of some of my debt on 28th September 2015 was DECLINED<br> Due to my credit rating I am high risk as Vodacom still haven't removed anything of my credit report this has been 4 MONTHS 24 DAYS after my account was settled and I received proof that I settled this account.<br> <br> This is such bad service and such a inconvenience for me.<br> So who is going to consolidate my debt now definitely not Vodacom!!!!!<br> I am going to make sure that people know about the quality of service you provide.<br> You guys are very quick to take people to lawyers about money they owe you but when it gets paid you don't ****ing care about doing your part!!!<br> I am not going to leave it here I have proof of all my documentation and the lawyers documentation of what was sent to Vodacom and when.<br> <br>
