ITC Listing of a closed account with Vodacom

Vodacom is the most useless service in the cancellations department, I requested my contract to be canceled in June 2023. I paid the remainder balance of the contract Account number: I***-4, now they have listed me ITC for non-payment and handed me over to lawyers, which has messed up my credit profile. Vodacom remove my name from ITC listing. I am highly disappointed in the level of service received, and no one is able to assist me with my request. I am always transferred with no response from holding on the line.
