ITC listing for returned headset

2014 I took a contract with Vodacom then within 7 day I return the headset and terminated the contract. A year later I received a call from debt collectors agency regarding the account. I escalated the matter up with Vodacom and they confirmed that the contract has been cancelled while they didn't ambient their records. I had a job offer at a company whereby the conduct credit check only to find out that Vodacom listed me on ITC. I have calledVodacom legal department todayspoke to ASHWIN and no one can send me confirmation on cancelled contract. Vodacom must remove my name off and conduct credit check and confirm to me with supporting documents that my name has been cleared off from ITC.
