ITC for R5
So after I struggled for months to cancel my Vodacom Contract, eventually after reaching out to HelloPeter did the trick.
Recently I app**** for a Credit Check, and then as per the report, Vodacom put me on ITC for R5!!! How ridiculous is this? No one - as per the normal working standard in our country - has the decency to phone me or to let me know of this absolutely pathetic decision. I want this resolved ASAP, or I will take further action and inform the onbudsman of this absurd situation
