ITC AFTER 3 YEARS

I have paid up and cancel my vodacom account in 2012,and now for whatever reason they load me on ITC for 2 months in arrears that is pathetic.Send and email already the 14-07-2015 and they say they will respond within 24 hours it is now 144 hours later and STILL no response.Tried to call them couple of times with reference number is: 002R~R08J but only thing they say is they are busy with it.How hard can it be to see that my contract stopped in 2012 already and that they must let the ITC know to remove that status!!!!!! Lodge an complaint on 20 July 2014 and they rep**** to me at 16:07 20/07/2015 they will contact me soon,LOOKS LIKE THEIR SOON IS AFTER 10 DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE!!!!PLEASE VODACOM DO NOT REPLY ON THIS MESSAGE THAT WE WILL CONTACT YOU SOON BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAPPEN...
