ITC
Good day
I’m very unhappy with the lack for customer services provided to me by Vodacom. In February I misplaced my phone and reported it which I then recovered the phone and un-blacklisted the phone. The phone worked okay and this past Saturday dated 11/8/2018 my phone got lost/****** and reported the incident with Vodacom and insurance within 24hours only to find that the ITC number given to me is old and a new one cannot be provided to me due Vodacom not being able to blacklist my phone, meaning someone now has access to my info and I cannot get my claim approved. I Have been sent from pillar to post and I want my ITC number immediately.
