ITC

I have bought my credit report and I found out that Vodacom has listed me on credit bureau for R54 n they debited that on my account on the 28 October. Now I don't understand am I listed on credit bureau as my account payment is up to date. And I have sent the above mention Vodacom employees asking about the matter but they just decided to ignore my emails. I guess at Vodacom they only take u serous when you write about the on public they don't attend you when you trying to sort out issues with them privately
