ITC

on the Wed 23 Sep 10:56, i complained about vodacom about the billing that i was not informed about, Which was R287. and i paid R207 because i was not supposed to be charged R79.99. Vodacom called me and the issue was resolved they even compensated me, but yesterday i was applying for the card and it was declined and i decided to buy my credit report and check whats the matter. only to find out that Vodacom submitted me to ITC for that R287 which was their fault. and that was September. Now it October and it still there outstanding yet my statement is R54 is due tomorrow 28.10.2015. <br> <br> my rights are being violated. i am so disappointed
