It is the way it is and always has been.

I did an upgrade online and received my tablet via courier. After finding that the tablet is not as per the specification on vodacom website and the fact that it would not download simple playstore apps , I immediately contacted vodacom upgrades ( the next morning) who told me to return the tablet and that they would arrange a courier to collect it. I also told them that I was cancelling the upgrade until further notice. This was confirmed by the consultant. I have now looked at my latest invoice which reflects the upgrade amounts and an upgrade admin fee of R150 which I was told was not applicable if done online (only at Vodacom outlets). In short Vodacom...I now want this contract cancelled at the maturation date(June 2018) and my number converted to prepaid..Tired of vodacom incompetence which has annoyed me constantly..see my previous complaints. I will also not be upgrading my personal cell contract of 18 years either.

Is anything going to be done about this...You have still not collected the tablet as arranged and next you will say that the return/ cancellation windows has lapsed. It goes from bad to worse.
