It is terrible they are not helpful the consultants I spoke to this morning Ethan was arrogant and rude. It's been a month now calling them asking them to update my account on clear score as it is affecting my clear score. I sent emails to their legal department I never received any communication. Ethan even refused to escalate my call to the manager. He told me that the manager will call me when he/ her has time. I can't wait for December. And the is no proof by that time this issue will be resolved
