It has been for years now, that there are 3 numbers on my account, which do not belong to me .I have contacted customer care many times, without success. Every month the 3 numbers' money goes off my account and I get no one to help me. Extremely pathetic

It has been for years now, that there are 3 numbers on my account, which do not belong to me .I have contacted customer care many times, without success. Every month the 3 numbers' money goes off my account and I get no one to help me. Extremely pathetic customer service. Every time empty promises of, we will get someone to call you back, it does not happen !!!!!! I called and sent emails, but still no progress.
