It has been 4 weeks still not received my fund!!!

I was told on the 5th of October that my funds will be in my account in a few days. On 12/10/2015 I receive an sms saying that it will take 7-14 working days for my funds to be in my account!!! This is the most ridiculous and pathetic service I have ever encountered. When I call in to the call centre and ask for a manager I just get transferred to a different department continuously and have consultants be rude to me when asking for a manager. No one understands the process no one knows who to contact and I am really upset regarding this service. I would never recommend anyone to use Vodacom
